Hi, I’m Mindy! I have been a licensed esthetician for 6 years , I was born and raised right here in Washington . After years of experience working in cosmetic dermatology for a local physician as a licensed medical assistant I decided to start my career as an esthetician after relocating with the military at Fort Campbell Kentucky . From there I advanced my training at Spectrum Advanced Esthetics in Oregon and obtained certifications in multiple lasers , I am a laser safety officer and operating and understanding lasers is where I excel . I also am certified in skin pen, plasma pen, PRP microneedling and hair restoration, Dermaplaning, chemical peels, and medical grade skin care. After working and gaining experience in Nashville I returned to my home town to expand my career. I specialize in advanced treatments and am always furthering my education in the industry. Learning and loving this industry is my true passion. I love my community and value my clients. Forming a relationship with them is the best part of my job

NURSE INJECTOR

Hi, my name is Abby Hartwig, and I am a Registered Nurse injector here at Prisma MedSpa. I was born right here in Washington, where I graduated from Washington High School. I received my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Goldfarb School of Nursing in St. Louis, Missouri. I began working at Mercy in St. Louis on a medical surgical floor immediately after graduating and after four years, I transferred to Mercy in Washington to be closer to my family. I have worked in the Ambulatory surgery center for the last six years and I am currently working there part time as well.  

Outside of work, I love spending time with my 7 year old daughter, 4 year old son, and my husband. Between them and my 100+ pound golden retriever, who thinks he’s a lap dog, and our rambunctious 7 month old kitten, we stay pretty busy. If you don’t see me at the spa or the surgery center, you can find me running my kids around to dance, soccer, or baseball. When I get a moment to myself, I love a good romance novel, a hot cup of coffee, and relieving stress with kickboxing.

I have always been passionate about skincare, especially since I have struggled with my own skin problems for a large part of my life. I want to help people in their own journey with finding better skin and being the best version of themselves. I find it truly rewarding to help people look and feel their best. There is nothing like seeing the confidence exude from the people you’ve treated.

I am so happy to be serving the community I grew up in, and I look forward to meeting each and every one of you.

Meet Amber Sostman!

Amber is a licensed tattoo artist through the State of Missouri with over 2 1/2 years experience. She is four times certified as a Master Permanent Makeup Artist, specializing in eyebrows, lash line enhancement (eyeliner), and lip blushing. She enjoys continuing her education and is constantly adding more services to her service menu. Amber is also a Permanent Jewelry Specialist—When she isn’t here you can catch her out in the community doing a POP-Up event or spending time with her family.

She enjoys making women feel confident and beautiful!

Dr. Musielak is triple board certified in Internal Medicine, Pediatrics and Obesity Medicine. As she has continued to care for patients, her passion for helping people with their weight and self confidence has grown. Her goal is to help people feel good from the inside out.

She established ALEA Health and Wellness with the passion to provide care that integrates traditional medicine with metabolic and functional medicine in order to approach each patient individually in a wholistic manner: mind, body and spirit. Dr. Musielak’s vision is to provide personalized care to help patients live a healthy and balanced life; but meeting them where they are in their health journey.

Dr. Musielak’s passion and priority outside of medicine is her family and involvement in church. She enjoys every moment with her husband and triplets, especially traveling, tasting new foods, and playing sports with her kids (who usually win).
